| Gabe and Janel – Santa Rosa CA There are no words to describe how amazing Sierra is. She is a little gift that every day keeps giving to us. We decided on a puggle because one of us wanted a pug and the other a beagle – so naturally a puggle was perfect. From day one Sierra has been great. She bounces around the house like the little princess that she is. She is doing great on her potty training and crate training was the easiest thing ever. I think the 1st night she wined for about 1 minute and that was that. She loves to take her walks and learn new tricks to be a show off. She is a cuddle bug and would sleep for hours if we let her. She is awesome with kids, they are her playmates and she respects them. Loves her baths and loves her treats even more. She has 2 other doggie friends that she loves to play with. I felt horrible after we took her from her brother and sister but she seems to be getting along just fine. We are first time puppy owners and having her has only brought us closer together. Now that we have her we can not imagine what our home would be like with out her. Getting home from work is a treat because we are greeted with the best gift when we open the door. Getting Sierra was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Thank you Chelle for making our Christmas Wish come true! |

| Mary, Daniel and Kids – Direct Ship to Los Angeles Our family was considering a Beagle but discovered the Puggle in the process. Chelle’s website is so informative that I still visit it (plus I love looking at the Puggle portraits). We saw our gorgeous Luna on the website. We were nervous about a Direct Ship but it worked out great. Chelle walked us through the process and gave us supporting materials which was critical. This is the kids and my first dog and Luna could not have been a better choice. We based our decision on the breeder’s description of Luna’s personality which was spot on. Luna was happy to see us at the airport and once home she followed my daughter around the garden like she had lived there all along. Our children are in love! She is a clever puppy. She was sitting on command on the third day, slept through the night by the fifth day and was potty trained in two weeks (well no accidents so far!). She even rings a bell when she needs to be let out. She fits right in to our life. I can’t imagine our home without her now. Thank you Chelle for doing what you do. |

She got her last round of puppy vaccinations at the veterinarian today. Her report was perfect—the vet said that she is a “happy, healthy dog with a good soul.” I couldn’t ask for more. He is very well adapted already and sleeps through the whole night almost every night. He’s very playful and he and my cat get along great. | Kim and Larry - Danville, CA Coming from a family of longtime Pug lovers, after being introduced to Puggles we were quickly convinced this was the breed for us. We found Chelle’s website and fell in love with her wonderful Puggle portraits. As soon as we saw Hubbell, we knew he was our little boy. From the first day we brought little Hubbell home he has delighted our lives. He learned to use his doggie-door in about an hour and learned to sit, stay and come the first week. He loves his training time and takes it very seriously. We’d originally planned to adopt two puppies and as soon as Chelle had a little girl available we found our sweet Katie. She quickly learned (both from us and by watching Hubbell) to use the doggie-door and to sit, stay and come. We are incredibly grateful to Chelle for her consistent help both before and after Hubbell and Katie came home. As puppy novices, we had more than a few questions and Chelle has always been there for us. Her knowledge, professionalism and genuine care for the pups reflect all the qualities we were looking for. | Sue - Carmichael, California Chelle is wonderful to work with. From the very first phone call, she answered all my questions, and gave me great advice. She kept in contact with me through e-mails on the progress of my little Sophie. She sent me a picture of her, and on the day she picked the puppies up at the airport she let me call her and she told me how the puppies did and how cute they all were. I picked up my little Sophie on May 5th. Chelle was just as excited as I was, that I was getting the puppy I wanted. She took very good care of the puppies before they were picked up. She was very informative on all the details on the care of my puppy. Sophie is a wonderful puppy. She is so much fun, and is very lovable. She has slept in her crate all night from the very first night. She loves to play and run. She already knows her name and to sit. Potty training is going good. I highly recommend Chelle to anyone interested in a Puggle or any other puppy. She is the greatest! Also her photography is great, she gets the cutest pictures of the puppies. |
| Ron & Courtnee - Petaluma, CA DIRECT SHIP FROM OUR BREEDER! Our handsome little boy Tucker came to us by airplane. He flew into SFO from Littlerock Arkansas. Since neither, one of us has ever owned a puppy before we were both a little skeptical about going to the airport to pick up a puppy. With that said, we were also very excited and counting down the minutes until he arrived. We had no idea it would be so easy to pick him up at the airport (it was so much quicker than picking another human). Chelle had provided us with detailed information on what to bring and what to expect. She hit everything right on the button!! Within minutes of him arriving he was defiantly already showing his adorable spunky personality. Thanks Chelle for everything you did for us!!! Teaching him the command "sit!" was effortless. We are thrilled to have him in our life and can't imagine a day without him. In our search for a puggle puppy, we couldn't find a local breeder but were hesitant to order one on the internet. Chelle provided us the best alternative and allowed us to pick our puppy from the litter. We got the first pick for a boy. Let me tell you, picking only one was the hardest thing becuase all of them were so adorable! The puppies were well taken care of. Their ears were very clean and nails were trimed. We are glad that we have found Chelle who has a great knowledge on Puggles. It was great to know that Chelle got the puppies from the breeders she trusted. | Cameron - Rolling Hills Estates, CA Hi Chelle. I bought Cooper from you on 6/21 and I just wanted to say thank you. He is such a good boy, completely potty-trained (and has been for 2 months) sleeps all through the night, loves other dogs, going running and little kids. He's a little over 5 months now and is so well behaved, he sits, shakes, rolls over, lays down and "dances" on his hind legs. We have a dog beach by our house and he loves playing in the water. Thank you for making it so easy and such a great experience. |

| Bradley and Teresa – San Francisco , CA We just couldn’t be happier with our little Emma. She is wonderfully affectionate, outgoing and very smart. Everyone who meets her absolutely falls in love with her. She is great with children of all ages and adores meeting new people. We have her in a puppy play group in the city and she is the belle of the ball – she is always at the center of the fun and she hasn’t met another dog yet that she didn’t want to play with. We were very lucky to find Emma on Chelle’s web site just a week before she arrived in Petaluma . As a first time puppy owner, the guidance that Chelle provided was invaluable and it made the transition a lot easier for all of us. She was also happy to answer any questions we had after we took Emma home. At 5 months old, Emma is a happy, healthy little puppy with a great deal of love to be shared. | Claudia - Sacramento, CA Hi Chelle, I know people often write you back about how happy they are with the Puggle they got from you. Well, I am no exception. Sophie (Born April 26, 2006) is an absolute delight! I still cannot believe that, with having the last deposit of the litter, I lucked out by getting what has to be the best looking puppy there ever was. Of course, I might just be a little biased... :) Anyway, Sophie is now a little over one year old, and we have had her in our lives for 10 months. I still remember the day we drove to Petaluma to pick her up. The 2-hr drive seemed so long, as I was anxious with anticipation of picking up my Puggle! I hadn't had a dog in so long...Sophie is a unique looking Puggle I think, in that she is all legs, and is a fairly slender girl compared to the more Pug-like Puggles I have typically seen out there. Her face is absolutely adorable and melts our hearts on a daily basis! Her disposition is absolutely ideal for our condo living. She gets lots of walks of course. She LOVES to chase her ball and even brings itback to us. If I were to write a "caution" section in a Puggle book, I'd say "beware, your little Puggle will shed like crazy", not "moderately" as most Puggle articles will try to tell you. Other than that, she is an easy dog to take care of. She is such a good girl. We love her. |

| Kyle and Nicole-San Francisco, CA We got Zoey about 3 months ago and we couldn't be happier! She is the friendliest and most loving dog we have ever known. We haven't met a dog or person she doesn't absolutely love. Also, everyone that meets thinks she is the cutest and sweetest thing. Not only is she a wonderful dog but going through the process of getting her was so simple and stress free. Chelle made it so easy for us. She even catered to our needs. We had first choice of the litter but were not able to come the weekend we were supposed to chose her. Chelle let us come the night the litter arrived and we got to pick her out early. But that was not it, Zoey had a little bit of a cough when she first arrived and Chelle took the time to take her to her own Vet and got her checked out for us. By the time we picked Zoey up her cough was completely gone and she has not had any problems since. We would refer anyone looking for a puggle to go to Chelle! We just wanted to say how grateful we are for everything!! |

| Chris & Marilynn - Petaluma, CA There is no doubt in our minds that we have the most PERFECT dog in the world! Period. Ella is happy, healthy and just a joyful addition to our Family. We have had Ella …… or better yet, Ella has had us, for 3 months now and she is just awesome. She is VERY smart, is not timid, has no fear and is learning to be a valued member of our family. She is taking quickly to “training” and travel (her bag is her new best friend!). Ella travels everywhere she possibly can and we constantly get remarks on her great behavior, even at just 6 months of age. I can’t say enough about Chelle and “Designer Doggies”. It is clear that their primary concern is for quality dogs. In a time when there are many online scams selling dogs as well as “puppy mills” looking to sell dogs with no concern for health or quality, it is wonderful to find a place where a quality bred dog is the primary concern. Also, if cost is a driving force about your choice of dogs, I’m sure you will find the terms at “Designer Doggies” a more than fair amount. Well, I need to go as Ella is wanting to play fetch in our living room for the umpteenth time this morning. This is great exercise for her and keeps our throwing arms in GREAT form! PS ~ Ladies, Ella LOVES to be in her darling little outfits! When we open her “clothing trunk” she knows that there is an outing in her near future!” |

| Kim and Kristen - Direct Ship to Baltimore, MD I recently adopted one of Chelle’s Puggles shipped directly from the breeder in AR to me. I had done quite a bit of internet research prior to contacting Chelle, however, I was nervous about purchasing a puppy from someone across the country based on a picture and a web site. From the beginning of the process until Harley landed safely in Baltimore , MD , Chelle was available as many times as I needed for anything I needed. She worked with me to find a puppy that would be a good fit for my family and gave me all of the information about how, when and where to pick up the pup. The entire process went smoothly and our puppy arrived safely and without incident. Chelle and her breeder are good, honest people who clearly care about the puppies in their care and provided us with a healthy, beautiful and smart little puppy.
